The issuance of IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) is becoming a growing trend in the Kingdom and region as a whole. The uptake within the market has been very substantial and more and more companies are taking advantage of this opportunity to raise capital.
With this increased activity, banks and other financial institutions are now being required to provide more focused and efficient solutions to meet customer requirements in order to win business.
This trend is set to continue and diversify as the industry evolves from family-run business to corporate entities. STAR IPOMS
EJADA recognised the need for a structured IPO Management System at an early stage and proceeded to evaluate various options within the international marketplace for a product which would be ‘fit for purpose’. However, given the culture of the region, and the nature and business specifics of the market, it was concluded that a new product was required which would directly address the local requirements while incorporating best practices in the IPO space.
Thus was born STAR IPOMS. As the name suggests, STAR IPOMS is architected to demonstrate seamless integration with the various participants and stakeholders in an IPO. These include:-

To ensure flexibility and extendibility STAR IPOMS has been architected to allow configurability according to specific customer and stakeholder requirements, and to accommodate future requirements for increasingly complex allocation models and other Equity Distribution models that are in vogue internationally.
