This step aims to broaden the scope of joint collaboration and accelerate digital transformation in the Kingdom’s financial sector, with a particular focus on document management, imaging, workflow automation, as well as advanced technical and consulting services.

The agreement also includes the submission of a quarterly-reviewed business plan by ejada, while Newgen will provide trial licenses for training and demonstration purposes, along with comprehensive technical and commercial support and regular product evolution updates.
